Stuck between Pennsylvania and New York and without any major cities to speak of, New Jersey gets a lot of flack from her neighbors. While some readily dismiss the "Garden State," how can the place with the most diners in the world be bad? New Jersey is also the most densely populated state. Her 1,000+ people per square mile is thirteen times the national average. With those New Jersey-ites packed so close together, you know something's going to happen. That's why County House Research offers an array of New Jersey searches for your convenience.

For more information on CHR services in New Jersey, please email me directly.

Best regards,

President

Tech Tip
MTA-"Mail Transfer Agent" is a program, software agent, or computer that transfers electronic mail from one computer to another. The MTA recieves mail from an "Mail User Agent" aka your favorite email reader. The mail is then distributed to individual recipients by the MDA (Mail Delivery Agent). If mail goes astray, an error message is usually delivered to the sender, however server misalignments can sometimes lead to mail being lost without notification.

Under Delaware law, criminal cases (juvenile & adult) before Family Court  may be brought by a complaint--a written statement of the alleged key facts that forms the charges. Complaints are appropriate for Family Court when the defendant is less than 18 years old or when it is alleged that an adult has committed a misdemeanor crime against a child or family member. Complaints appropriate for Family Court may be filed in Family Court itself or in a Justice of the Peace Court for Family Court. Defendants who plead not guilty are scheduled for either a case review or a trial. If defendants plead guilty at a case review or at trial or are found guilty, a judicial officer will sentence them. Judicial officers may impose sentences immediately or at a later time. The Attorney General's Office may offer an alternative to defendants that enables them to avoid prosecution and possible conviction. Such offers are commonly referred to as diversionary services.

This Time It's  Personal
Jay Eidelman

What do your doctor and your barber have in in common? Both offer a very personal service and your relationship to them has a closeness (they physically touch you) and importance (they help look after your health and appearance) that other services don't match. Think about it. What is the central question in political debates over healthcare? For most it is "will I be able to choose my own doctor?" We ask people we trust for recommendations and travel for miles to see the right doctor or to get a great cut, even if equally skilled practitioners are close by.

The personal nature of these services represents a powerful competitive advantage, which can be harnessed for your business. Here are three examples:

  1. Personalize client interactions; send a thank you note or birthday card.
  2. Generate positive word of mouth with public relations and marketing. Remind clients that you share their values or aspirations; generate trust.
  3. Differentiate your offerings and establish your brand. If customers perceive your services as a commodity they'll  choose on price alone; don't give them the opportunity.
